If bore of wheel is = to factory or less eg "70.5 vs 70.5 | 70.5 vs 63.4". The Minimum thickness will be the length of the hub + 3mm. If clearance is not met, hub centric lip must be removed.

Remove lip is used in cases where you are spacing Factory(OEM) wheels and the protruding vehicle hub is longer than your desired thickness of spacer.
