Hub centric Wheel spacers – Minimum thickness
when using factory wheels = Hub Length +3mm.
This also applies IF center bore of the wheel is equal to or smaller than a factory wheel.
eg (70.5mm hub 70.5mm wheel bore)
(70.5mm hub 64.1 mm wheel bore)
Measure hub length to find minimum thickness.
No Returns will be accepted due to failure to follow all minimal clearance checks.
Pre-Built Wheel Adapters, Spacers, and Hub Centric Rings
Returns
Pre-Built wheel adapters, spacers, and hub centric rings are returnable as long as, they are not mounted, in first-class condition, and return-shipped within 10 business days. Refund is the purchase price minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
ANY Part that shows up damaged due to poor, insufficient or negligent re-packing of the item will result in an additional 20% Repair fee. Please make sure item is secure before returning.
Exchanges
Products needing to be exchanged must be returned in first class new condition, never mounted. If wrong part is ordered by customer, customer is responsible for return of original item as well as shipping cost of replacement item. If a wrong part is sent out, through no fault of the customer, USWA will send out the replacement set with a return label for the previously ordered item.
Custom Built Wheel Adapters, Spacers, and Hub Centric Rings
Custom orders may be canceled as long as the machine work has not begun. Once machine work has begun on a custom order no refunds will be issued. Custom orders are custom-made specifically for each individual customer. Custom orders are non-returnable, and non-refundable, with the exception of manufacturer defects, workmanship, and/or material.
If you, the customer, supply the wrong measurements or information, the wheel adapters, spacers, or hub centric rings can be rebuilt, but the full cost will be the customers responsibility. In addition, in a circumstance where the wheel adapters, spacers, or hub centric rings can be modified, it will be at the rate of only $75 per hour. However, if the wheel adapters, spacers, or hub centric rings can not be fixed through additional machine work the customer will be responsible for the full replacement cost.
International orders:
International orders will be handled via FedEx ONLY. This means a physical address will be required for shipping.
International Customers will be solely responsible for return shipping for any modification.
Guarantee
US Wheel Adapters guarantees workmanship and materials. If the machine work is not correct, and it is solely due to the fault of US Wheel Adapters, the wheel adapters, spacers, or hub centric rings will be re-machined at no additional cost to you.
