Open-End Custom Builds – Terms & Conditions

US Wheel Adapters offers OPEN END custom-built products, which allow customers to order configurations that may not fit due to minimal physical clearances OR in rare cases Physical impossibility . By placing an order for a custom-built product, the customer acknowledges and accepts all responsibility for verifying fitment, measurements, and required clearances prior to purchase.

Custom Build Policy (NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS)

ALL custom-built products are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
No order may be canceled or refunded once machine work has begun, regardless of fitment outcome or customer error.
This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to:
- Hub length
- Center bore size
- Wheel, hub, or brake clearances
- Vehicle or wheel variations

Failure to properly account for minimal clearance requirements does not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.

Minimal Clearance & Hub Length Requirements

Hub-centric wheel spacers require a minimum thickness equal to hub length + 3mm when using factory wheels.
This requirement also applies if the wheel’s center bore is equal to or smaller than the factory wheel bore.
Example:
- 70.5mm hub to 70.5mm wheel bore
- 70.5mm hub to 64.1mm wheel bore
Customers must measure hub length to determine minimum acceptable thickness before ordering.

No returns will be accepted due to failure to follow minimal clearance checks.

Pre-Built Products (Non-Custom)

Pre-built wheel adapters, spacers, and hub-centric rings may be eligible for return only if:

They are unused, unmounted, and in first-class condition
Returned within 10 business days
A 20% restocking fee applies
Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Any item damaged due to poor or insufficient return packaging will incur an additional 20% repair fee.

Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms:

All measurements have been verified
All clearance requirements are understood
Custom-built products carry zero return and zero refund eligibility
Manufacturing work begins promptly and cannot be reversed once started
